How will you feature designers on Social Media and your website?
We will of course get the Designers consent, and we will showcase/promote their portfolio and promote their business, talk about recent work with us.
How often do you have events? What happens during your Designer Only Events?
We try to have some kind of social event once every couple of months. At the Events we will talk to the Designers about new promotions/products and teach them key factors that will help them sell the product and upgrades. We typically always provide food, snacks, and beverages.
When Interior Essentials generate the leads for the designers, are there any guidelines that need to be followed?
If we generate the lead for you, we ask that you use our company for any window covering and upholstery needs.
Does the commission to the designer change when Interior Essentials generates the leads?
The commission for the lead that we provide will slightly lower, the amount will be determined by how large the order is.
How do you price your products and services?
We have two price lists, one with Designer Pricing or we can price accordingly and invoice your customer for you. If we invoice the customer, you will receive a commission from Interior Essentials for that job.
How involved is Interior Essentials in the ordering and designing process?
We can be as involved or as scarce as you’d like us to be. We can be there the whole time during the designing and ordering process or you can simply order the product through us and we can ship it to your order.
Do you have products and fabric available to Designers that aren’t listed on the website?
Yes! We have thousands of different fabrics that you can choose from, and we can help find the perfect treatment for your customer’s windows.
Can our customers visit your showroom without the designer?
Definitely, we are here to help you and your customer whether you’re present or not. We of course encourage the designer to be present if they are wanting to be more involved, but it’s not necessary.
